I placed an order at 10:15 on my Uber app from IHOP it was 22$ and change I took an hr and a half and after I got it I was missing my waffle all I had was a few cut up strawberries and syrup and then they said they couldn't do anything for me. I would have to contact IHOP. Normally they put a seal on your food but I didn't have anything like that on it. I called IHOP and they said since I placed it with Uber I would have to contact Uber
