I recently purchased a Bluetooth Stereo Headset as a gift. After a brief period 1 of the wires became loose and detached itself. Not sure how or if their return policy would work or if a major hassle would take place. I wrote an email to the company hoping for the best. It wasn't long (aprox 24 hrs) I was pleasantly surprised to receive instructions on how to obtain a replacement. The only drawback was the shipping department which I'm sorry to say would give an overall better rating. If they were on board with Sachie the person that handled my claim like a true professional. In spite of that department I would do business again because of Sachie.
