My progressive prescription eyeglasses were promptly refunded when I asked because the Segmental Height of my lenses were wrong, which reflects good customer service. For a separate pair of Rx sunglasses, which I liked and was keeping, I tried to post a thorough review of the frames, complete with photos of the frames alone and with me wearing them. I attempted several submissions, but realized that they went to a review process. It wasn't a negative review, but I didn't gloss over either. It was meant to be helpful so I pointed out some negative aspects. Ultimately, my review was never posted. I wonder how many other honest reviews are rejected. You cannot trust the onsite reviews.
