My reservation hadn't been looked at much less processed and we had to cancel 3 hours later. Bryan was hateful and said they we're going to charge me $150 cause that makes him look bad and puts him at bottom of listings. $150 and he hasn't done ANYTHING! Wasn't supposed to be charged til 1 day after we checked in but my bank account sure is low!
