I'm eating a 3 just for the customer service. There was a glitch somewhere when I ordered so my shipping charges didn't show up until after I ordered and it almost doubled what I thought I was paying. Jonalen answered my email within a day and worked diligently to explain and rectify the situation. This is the best online customer service I've ever experienced and I shop online a lot!
