“Do not bother ordering…they do not respond”

My 16 year old daughter ordered a ring insert from this company. She received a notice that it was delivered 5 days ago. Still nothing. The company does not respond either. Don't do business with companies with bad customer service. At least respond!

Tip for consumers:
Never received the product. Not sure what happened, or why they won’t respond.
