As usual, the company website is BS and the shipping time is not anywhere close to their "5-7 days average delivery time" disclaimer, which is the only reason I went to them and not another retailer. Of course, when you check tracking it says, "we apologize for any delays". The truth is - they never plan to deliver in the window advertised, but once they get your money, you can't do squat about it.
I would like to find ONE customer who actually received their order in that 5-7 day window as advertised. I ordered on the 1st, it's the 14th and still no sign of it. It's "in transit" still, go figure. The event I ordered for has come and gone and I have no idea what the quality of the product is like, but if it's anything like the quality of their integrity and honesty, this was a fail and I will not be back.
Why can't retailers just be HONEST? If it takes 30 days, say it takes 30 days and let the customers decide if it works for them or not! It's so frustrating and many of the companies overseas do this for customers in the US.
