I have been pleased with daily steals in the past, but recently ordered 2 of the Roku XS's on Nov 7. I was informed on Nov 23 that the XD' s were sent out by mistake, and I was given 3 options, I chose option 3, to return the products(shipping costs covered), and get a full refund. I received an email today(Nov 29) with my return shipping label, so I can ship my roku's back and finish the order. I am sure that Daily Steals was swamped by the error that appeared to have been Roku's in origin, and has been trying to catch up with the mass of annoyed customers.
