I've used Banggod over the last couple of years for hundreds of orders. Know that the prices are amazing for merchandise where a small % will show up DOA. Admittedly low quality control. Accept that, or put on your diplomat hat and write and clearly explain your plight to *******@banggood.com. Most all the time I have received refunds to my VISA cc. Returns are too expensive and for some curious reason they do not want to resend the order. So accept a refund and reorder.
