“TERRIBLE Review on Blouse order June 2015”

I rate this company a negative start for poor quality, fit and especially follow-up customer service. I bought 3 blouses and all of them were too small plus very poor quality -one was even stained. I called their customer service number several times & it's always busy plus I left a online email on their live chat getting a service ticket, but it's been over a week & I have no response. STAY AWAY is my advice to any Potential buyers. I'm leaving, y email address here if anyone from Sammy dress cares to call me back about this~ *******@yahoo.com

Let me start by apologizing personally for your experience. We really want to work with you to make this right.

We do in fact inspect all items before we ship them. We stand behind every item we sell so we will contact this customer and offer to exchange this item for him. If he still wants to keep it we will work out some other accommodation. Our goal is that every customer is completely satisfied with their order.
