I ordered some Bedroom Furniture from these cowboys on April 28th 2015. The salesmen gave us the usual smarmy chat and assured us he would do everything to get our order processed etc. £ 2000 of Furniture ordered, Deposit paid, we left the store feeling good and looked forward to receiving the furniture.

On June 18th 2015 it arrived in an old rusty beat up white Ford Transit which had seen better days.

The 2 people who assembled the furniture were fine but when they said ' All Done' and asked me to have a look I was not happy.

The Wardrobe Door Combination we had personally shown the salesman what we wanted was entirely different to this. Nothing like we had requested.

The guys showed me the paperwork and the codes on it which Yes were the same as on my receipt meant this door combination had been ordered.

I noted my complaint and wrote what we had wanted on the paperwork which I signed for, for the delivery of these items.

Fed up already, they left in their tatty transit and on closure inspection of the furniture we found a Chip in one of the mirrors on the door and 2 of the draws on the bedside drawer units were also damaged/ flawed. Not Good.

I phoned the store the following day, the salesman who sold us the gear was on day off. We were assured he would ring us back the following day.

He did, I listed my complaints and he said he would talk to his manager and call me back on Monday.

He did but I was at work, he left an answerphone message confirming on the message that all the replacements parts had been ordered.

Today, July 23rd, having heard nothing even though I have also written to Furniture Village about this and I spoke to the Store Manager, who despite having been spoke to by one his own salesmen about my complaint couldn't remember much about the matter.

We trawled though the issues again and I left it with him to look into the matter and he called me back later the same day July 23rd.

He advised me NOTHING has been done to resolve this complaint. A BIG Zero nothing sorted, No replacement parts ordered.

Apparently, he has now ordered these but can give me no date or idea when the replacement items will be delivered.

So, to cut a long story short, If You Buy anything from Furniture Village you better hope that;

1, They order the correct stuff for you in the first place

2, When its delivered hope there is nothing wrong with it, because if there is no one at Furniture Village will deal with that issue efficiently.

3, If your waiting for some items to be delivered by Furniture Village, Best of Luck!

Drop Shots, stay Well Away from this one, not only are there facilities poor i. E once you have uploaded an Album you can not change the order in which you have uploaded them, useless if you want to rearrange in what order your photos are viewed, but they won't Refund when you cancel your Trial. No, despite 4 attempts to cancel a Lifetime membership and having deleted the only 20 photos I uploaded. Drop Shots refuses to give me a Refund. David Newcomb is the man who made this decision, hiding behind a company called WebMinds. As previous reviewers have said Yes this is a total Scam, Stay well away or risk as I have done losing $100.
