I sent information to prove a lady was scamming but customer service supported the action of the lady and deleted MY profile! Yes,,,you read that right...Do not trust this site,,there are many more dating sites who are genuine and whose customer service supports your concerns.

Update. Nov 2023.

I got a letter saying they would look into the matter to see if there was any wrong doing by the lady ( as if they couldnt see!).and as expected I got no answer...

Tip for consumers:
photos show lady writing to me when I set up profiles in USA and UK as I wanted to expose her scam... what she wrote speaks for itself.
