I purchased a bag, after one year, the bag started bubbling. Obviously the fabric is defective.
The store itself was polite. However the 800 costumer service was very disappointing.
They informed me that despite the defective textile they would not be able to provide me with any assistance.
Basically
I'm $#*! outa luck. And it's nothing that I did.
If I had shopped at any other high end store they would have replaced or even store credit.
