I purchased a halloween sweater for my dog. It said it takes 10-20 days to receive the package. Fair enough because that means I'll get it before Halloween. Almost 20 days later still no sweater. Contacted their customer service (which is a joke) and was told that I won't get it till the 31st or after. I won't need the sweater then, halloween will be over. Youre better off getting things from amazon or ebay if you have to buy things on line. At least they are honest with their shipping times. Ive gotten things through ebay that came from china and its never taken this long. Miniinthebox needs to go out of business.
