Awful customer service, no phone number to contact them on (in the 21st century) and fails on promises. Paid for delivery within 2 days, got it delivered a week after this. Too late for the concert I was going to. Asked for cancellation, denied and still charged me. Not bothering getting a refund from returning as couldn't possibly interact with this embarrassing company again. Awful, awful and awful. Please SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE.

No phone number to contact customer service, no option to cancel item despite requesting early and them breaking promise of delivery date for extra cost.
