Better hope whatever you order fits. I've been trying to get credit for a return I sent back over two months ago. I've inquired multiple times and they had the audacity to tell me to call my bank. Ever time I ask for time line or details I get a lame answer. Ridiculous return process considering the average cost of the items.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. What you might save on the purchase isn't worth not receiving a timely hassle-free refund if you you need to send it back.
