I ordered 9 items and ended up returning six of them because the quality was so bad. Now they are giving me a hard time going back and forth asking me for the same information over and over instead of just refunding my money. I have spent a half an hour on the phone with them and have sent countless emails only to receive the worst customer service ever, and I still have not gotten my money back. I am contacting my credit card company. The clothes may look cute online, but don't waste your money!
3/1-UPDATE Today I sent my 20th email about this, and have spent 42 minutes and 28 seconds on the phone to get this resolved. I'm working with my 3rd customer service rep., and was told by the second one that the first one was "green hand and have no experience in solving customers' problems". Yes, they were all from the "customer service" dept! Why do you have someone working in customer service that has "no experience in solving customers' problems?" Let's see if the 20th email is the one that gets my refund processed. I'll let you know!
