I ordered $6000 worth of appliances. Customer service is absolutely horrible! Do not buy from these crooks! First they told me they couldn't deliver curbside because the carrier only had 50' semi trucks which I had to resolve directly with the carrier and if I hadn't they would charge me return shipping fees for something they said they couldn't deliver! Refrigerator packaging was undamaged but there were two dents and when I plugged it in and opened the freezer lights blinked and error message was displayed this is something that could not be observed without unpacking! I reported within 24hrs, nothing but arguments and referral to manufacturer for warranty work!
