TERRIBLE customer service, rude employees, hour long wait times on phone calls, takes days to receive email responses. I received faulty product (they admitted to this) but refuse to allow me to return it. They offered to send new parts and instruction videos but I'd have to break the car down and repair pieces that we didn't even put together. It's brand new, it should work! They refuse to give my money back. Disputing with bank now and also reported on BBB. I have videos to prove my case that it's a faulty item.

UPDATE-- This is a follow-up review to my initial review left about a month ago. After TrendTimes made it very clear they were not accepting my return (and were extremely rude), I decided to dispute the $600 charge through my bank (BOA). After 4 months from purchase date, I received notice that I had won the dispute and could ship the car back. After it got picked up I had plans to move on and wash my hands clean of this terrible experience. TrendTimes must have been super upset about having to return my money, they then researched me and contacted my old boss telling him they were taking legal action against me for leaving fake reviews! I quit working for this company 5 years ago! How crazy is this?!? They are now sending me daily threatening emails. I refuse to take my reviews down, this is the truth and other consumers deserve to hear about my experience. And it's very clear I'm not the only one! Please read ALL reviews on TrustPilot, SightJabber and even with the Better Business Bureau before you purchase from this company. They are completely mad over there! SiteJabber alone shows 64 reviews, overall rating is 2 stars! This company needs to be shut down. I attached photos showing email communication and threatening legal action against me. Enjoy!
