My 4-year old laptop suddenly start restarting and it had been quite some time since I'd backed up my data on an external hard drive so of course I was freaking out - I'm a writer working on my 2nd book so the idea of losing all of that was terrifying. I called EBM and made an appointment and dropped off my laptop. The very next day they emailed to tell me they explained each and every scenario about some RAM issues and replaced it with new one.

I received a discount for being a first time customer and technical guy even gave me a tip for my new computer which made a HUGE difference in learning my new system.
