If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a dress, then read horrible reviews. I thought something was wrong because first it said payment didn't go through, then it did. When I spoke with customer service(via LiveChat), they used broken English and incomplete sentences. When I said that I wanted to cancel, they disconnected me. I looked at my Order status on Order Tracker, and it said "none". I asked them why, they said it was broken.? I kept asking them to cancel, and they would respond with "Why?" I feel as though they are scamming people. I contacted my cc company right away.
