Scammers. My friend bought us tickets to see Gipsy Kings at The Bristol Beacon with Viagogo, (at what we now know was double the price in the first place) only to discover when we got there that our tickets were invalid, the seats had already been sold by the venue to other people so ours technically didn't exist. Viagogo had sold us over priced tickets for seats that were not available. We had to buy new tickets (which cost half the price thankfully) and we're pursuing a refund. AVOID.
Tip for consumers:
They are not trustworthy. Their tickets may not be recognised by the venue as the seats they sell you are already taken. They will charge at least twice as much for a ticket.
