On January 7,2024, my husband found a flight deal that looked like it was directly with the airline. It wasn't until PCM called him back on January 9 to inform him that the flights were "canceled" that he became aware that it was a travel agency. They had found "new flights" that were going to be an additional couple hundred dollars per ticket. He called them back yesterday because we still haven't gotten our tickets. It's been two months. He was told that the airline had canceled them. Why weren't we called back immediately or refunded the $5k? Good question?! They asked for more time to see if they could fix it - three times! The could get three tickets, but not five, because they had to CALL the airlines. Are they analog? Are they somewhere that doesn't have reliable internet?
He had to tell them 15 times, "No, I'm not giving you more time. I want my money back." FIFTEEN TIMES! Really?! Then he was told that to get a fast refund by tomorrow it would cost $100/ticket or it would take 2-3 weeks.
Dear company, if you choose to respond, I do NOT want an automated response about how sorry you are. It shouldn't have taken 15 times for the agent to finally relent to a refund. You said you couldn't get the same flights as we had which is a BOLD FACE LIE. We were able to book the exact same tickets, same airlines, same time, and all five on our own. We should get the ticket costs refunded, which are now $6,899.75 due to your incompetence, with NO ADDITIONAL FEES and it shouldn't take 2-3 weeks.
