I have been in this site for 5 months. Nobody responds more than once.
I need to cancel my membership so I don't get automatically charged every 3 months.
There is no place to cancel it in the website, I have emailed the admin email address with no response.
I need a solution as I am NOT interested in continuing with this service.
My bank advised to contact you guys one more time otherwise they are going to report the situation to a major bureaus as this is ilegal. People should be able to cancel.
