“They would not give me a refund for a defective product.”

I purchased an SD card that was defective and since the 14 days had passed they refused a return. I understand a regular return but if a product is defective that may not always be apparent within 14 days.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful that you check out the quality of a product prior to the 14 days you have to report a defect.
