Ordered two tops (a "sweater" and a t-shirt) and it took@4 1/2 weeks to arrive! After reading the reviews on the site I ordered an XL in both pieces and the sizes are WAAAAAYYYYYY off! My 11 year old daughter can wear the XL t-shirt, but not me! So disappointed as the clothes looked so cute and the prices were good but I should have known better. Very hard to get to the "complaint" department on the website and I highly doubt I'll get my money back after reading reviews, etc. Should have read more before buying. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF like I was! Should be an option for NO STARS (but I had to select one to submit this review) because Rose Gal is CRAP.
BTW - do not believe the automated "responses" you see to complaints, here and on FB. Below my review here they say they have resolved my issue - HA! They sent an auto response email to me last night based on the complaint ticket I submitted and HAVE NOT resolved ANYTHING for me. How do these people get away with this?
