I ordered a wig from the site that was too small and they refused to replace it saying it was customised - which I don't believe it was. They asked me to pay half again which - stupidly I did - for a wig of the correct size and the quality was abysmal. The webbing wasn't trimmed off, the direction of the hair was wrong, the cut on one side didn't match the other (too short and stumpy), the stitching of the hair on the base wasn't straight and didn't match the colour of the hair so it could be seen. Very frustrated and a waste of money.

Tip for consumers:
The long length of time for delivery - up to 2 months, poor quality, customer service unhelpful.
