FREE RESUME?! You can't get something for nothing! I went through the entire process of building a resume from scratch(including going to get my transcript) and then could not print it or save MY resume. When I decided $1.95 wasn't too much(making sure I cancelled account per directions) the transaction wouldn't go through. The following day I got a call from my credit union regarding FRAUD as the company is APPARENTLY based in the UK. I had to call the FRAUD dept. at my credit union to clear that transaction and verify recent activity. STEER CLEAR!
Hi Sheryl,
Thanks for your comments.
Our free account allows you to create resume and cover letter and make use of our templates, designs and text tuner samples, but the ability to print, email, or download your resume are only listed as a feature of the paid subscription and are not listed as a feature of the free account. At this time we offer free text (. Txt) download of your resume.
Sheryl, a call from your credit card company does not necessarily mean the vendor who is attempting to charge the card is fraudulent. Credit card companies are systematic in monitoring accounts and sometimes flag a transaction if it is out of the normal pattern of spending by the consumer. Yes, our payment processor is in the UK, but it was not a fraudulent one.
Sheryl, we make cancelling really easy as we give 4 ways to cancel a subscription if service is no longer be needed: By calling our customer service number at 1-888-816-0576, 17 hours a day, 7 days a week; by live chat, by e-mail at customerservice@livecareer.com, or you can even go to our website, where there is a self-cancellation feature under the “My Account” section.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve this issue.
Best regards,
LiveCareer
