I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong color shoe and realized it once I got the order verification. I called within 2 hours of placing the order to try and change the color or cancel and reorder. After being on hold for 48 minutes the customer service rep told me that it was too late to cancel the order... Two hours after placing it. The only option that he gave me was to return the shoes after I receive them and the cost would be $7. Nope. I will use Zappos or other companies in the future that offer better customer service.
