We were unable to attend the Lights Under Louisville event. Tried to get a refund the same day as purchase. We never heard from this organizer after 4 emails. We followed the procedure on there website for refund and nothing! NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Tip for consumers:
Never purchase from EVENTBRIGHT!!!!! They do not answer refund requests.
