I ordered a bag set 3 weeks ago, paid for it and then after seeing dreadful reviews, got very scared. I tried to cancel my order, only to have them ignore that request and say that this particular item was 'unavailable' so would I like to exchange it for something else or get refunded? I immediately sent them a reply saying I had asked to cancel my order anyway, so could I definitely have a refund?
Almost three weeks later, nothing! Disgusted in this 'company'. I guess I'm not getting my money back so a valuable lesson learnt. I will be telling anyone who will listen, DO NOT purchase off this website.
*To add: straight after posting this, I received a notification that my refund was applied. This actually is true, because I've checked my account. Still, a little worrying that it took 4 emails from me and then this review. I will be steering clear form Zaful, although credit is due, they finally refunded me.
