I cancelled my membership, didn't even go on the site for 9 months are more, then found out that they recharged my account after the first months for 10 more months for about $35 each month. When I reported it to a Supervisor, I was told that I should have written down the employees name at Customer Service and their employee ID number also, because the paperwork was not done. But since I did not know her ID number they would not refund my money, even though it shows I have not been on the site in almost a year. I would have to eat the $350 dollars.
