I had questions but had only the option for a pre-determined set of chat questions. I would prefer to be able to speak to a live person, or had an option for a narrative instead of "bot-like" canned very generalized questions. For example, you are out of stock of a Russell brand hoodie that my son wants very much in a 2x and I would like to get one but don;t know when or if you will have it available. No phone contact information either. You cannot service your customers with such limited parameters. Also, the "black" color that I ordered for him is not really "black" but a dark gray.
