I called for help on multiple lines. The rep handle partially. Then had to transfer me to a supposed supervisor. When then spoke to me. Placed me on hold several times. To no available. This was a refund request of my money they've had on file for over a year. I've called about my refund several times including during the 90 day time frame they claim to have. Apparently no one has done their job. So now they won't process my refund. So I jist have money sitting on this account with no use for it. The government pays for the phone service. So why are they holding my money which was only paid because a rep who didn't who what they were doing took my payment. And come to find out I didn't need to pay anything. After being on hold several times. Because I wouldn't accept their excuse. All of a sudden I got a survey to complete while holding and the call disconnected. The supervisor never came back on the line. This is terrible. They don't want to own their mistake. And give me my $39 back. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. Find a way to get yourself another line through another company. I only gave a 2 star because my phone service is actually on.
