When signing up for the premium service it never mentions how long it will take to. Get a copy of your project that can be downloaded and burned.
It DOES tell you after youve made the premium purchase. Unfortunately the one project I purchased the whole thing for-- deadline was past HOURS later when I finally got the download link.

Hi Shavonne, I am sorry to hear that you received your video file too late. The conversion of your video file should not take more than a couple of hours, and you can even track the status of a file within your Kizoa account in the MY ACCOUNT tab under MY ORDERS. Please send me an email at alesa.gawlik@kizoa.com so that I can see what may have caused the delay and so that we can discuss refunding your membership.
