I purchased tickets to a movie on Fandango, but was stuck in terrible traffic on the way and would have been a half hour late so I called to see if I could get a refund. After 45 minutes on hold, a representative finally told me that they could not do anything because it was less than two hours before the movie. A supervisor also told me they could not issue a refund, even though the tickets were not used. Clearly they have the capacity to issue a refund in some cases, so what kind of company takes your money, but does not give a refund if the service is not used? This is unacceptable, bordering on fraud, & I will never use Fandango again.
