It was a horrible experience. I purchased my
Item on Dec. 9th and it took almost a month to get shipped to me. I had to make over 8 phone calls with employees giving me incorrect information and lies. I will never purchase something off your website again. I have already taken to socialedia to let everyone know what kind of experience I had dealing with your company.
I do apologize about your experience and the delay in the delivery of your product. Unfortunately certain products are not stocked in our local warehouse and we are at the mercy of our suppliers to fulfill the order. I believe the product you purchased was an Ice Rink and that distributor was actually closed down for 2 weeks due to the holiday season. This delayed many of our orders as you can expect and they began to ship our orders just after the 1st of the year. I truly do apologize for your expectations not being met, but I assure you we are here to assist you with whatever you may need.
