My order was never received. The website provided me with the option to have it re-shipped. Only AFTER I agreed to that did they inform me that a party of the order was out of stock, otherwise I would not have agreed. It took over an hour to finally get to someone who could process the refund. Shop at your own risk. Scammers.

Good delayed twice, still arrived late, cold and inedible. The credit was only for pickup witch is useless to me. They're running a scam. Worst delivery service out there. Beware they'll cheat you every chance they get.

Allow my bad luck to steer you of these thieves. Order a simple pair of shoes. THEY NEVER SEND A CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING EMAIL. And then attempt to blame me when I didn't rec the order. Now I've had to fill out some ridiculous paperwork stating I didn't receive the order because apparently words aren't enough. The fool in customer service says we need your order and tracking number from the emails you were sent. The emails I never got!? After he gave me the numbers to send back to him... total waste of time, I'm still out the money with no shoes and no resolution. These retailer is trash and they will steal from you. Give them money at your own risk.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ORDERED WEEKS AGO. FINALLY CONTACTED SUPPORT. GET TOLD THE PACK WAS LOST AND ISSUED A REFUND. THE REFUND NEVER CAME. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
