I had been on the phone with FedEx for hours trying to find my package, and they kept just brushing me off. I called your customer service, and spoke with Liz. She had my issue fixed within 15 minutes, and I'm so grateful for that. She was very kind, and it was easily the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thanks so much
