I love the bathing suits but the customer service is not good. The return/refund policy is clearly stated on the website so this should not be an issue. It has been a horrible experience trying to get a refund and return a swimsuit which doesn't fit. It's never been worn, tags on and in original package and the company does not want to honor their own policy. Very frustrating. I will continue to communicate until I get to someone who will help me.
Horrible. Still ongoing. The day I received my order one of the suits didn't fit. I immediately sent email asking to return and get refund. Going on days of emails back and forth wanting to offer me a minimal amount of refund and not accept return. I understand that I am responsible for paying to return. Being told they don't have a facility to accept return and will not offer a full refund. This is unacceptable since it is stated on the website that returns and refunds are possible.
