Everything I've ordered has made it to me within 2 weeks after placing my order. This isn't too bad, considering I'm in the U.S. and the company is in Asia.
I submitted two orders towards the beginning of December. Usually when I do this one gets to me before the other, so I wanted to see if I could get lucky and get one of them to me before the 7-10 days. It's been 3 weeks and neither of my orders have even been processed. They each have a tracking number, but there aren't even any packages to go with them. Seriously the worst experience I've had with an online retailer.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use it.
