So far I've made around 2 orders to BH Cosmetics. I had no issue the first time, as it said on the site, it would be 1-3 days to process, then 8 days to ship. So far it has done this both times with no issue. The products worked great and didn't arrive broken. The tracking was extremely accurate down to the minute they put it on my doorstep. I see many reviews talking about issues of shipping times, but judging from how easily I could track my package with little issue, that's less of BH's fault and more of FedEx's (the shipping service they use) fault. Or just maybe a lot of people who didn't put their address correctly/other issues on their part.
Tip for consumers:
Mainly people who are mad at a site write bad reviews, typically the issues they have with these products, typically missing will write the address down wrong or not put all information. Of course, there are some genuine cases of missing products and shipping issues, but it's mainly people looking for a free refund.
