Roses are phenomenal, but the website to order roses seems a bit glitchy.
Quality of roses.
Was notified subscription was being renewed. Wrote in and asked to cancel subscription and they stated I would not be charged(10/5). Two weeks later I was charged. Wrote in and stated I want to stop subscription and want money back. They sent the same type of email stating I would not be charged. Also received a second letter stating I would not get my money back. Three weeks later they still have not cancelled my membership. I also changed the payment method.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use them. They are scammers and push subscriptions on products that should not have subscriptions. They will not cancel nor give refunds back.
