Home water heater failed. We are now on day 5 without any hot water in the house. AHS cannot locate a contractor to complete the repair. I have a local certified plumber that could have come out 3 days ago but since AHS doesn't consider a failed hot water heater to be an emergency, they won't approve us to use a contractor outside of their network. I've been with AHS for many years but have only seen their service level crater to a level where in my humble opinion, they now absolutely suck!
