One day, I purchased multiple items from multiple sellers. Today, tracking said "delivered" for many of my items. I have timestamp cameras, and my cameras show me sitting outside all day, with no deliveries. I disputed each item that was undelivered, and AliExpress denied EACH one immediately, as if a BOT automatically makes their denials.
Sad part is, I am disabled, and very broke, and these items were my kids Christmas gifts. The only ones I could afford. Now, I literally will not be able to give my kids any gifts. :(
Tip for consumers:
If you want to risk it, if you order clothing, order at LEAST 2 sizes bigger than you normally wear.
Products used:
I ordered tshirts, hoodies, sweatpants.
Most were not delivered. Policy claims they will refund, but when I disputed, I was denied. On every single item that was not delivered.
