We recently purchased 3 items from Petal Prim. My wife is very happy with 2 of the 3 items received, and if it were not for the horrible customer service on the 3rd item this would be a five star review. The 3rd item was suppose to be a medium and according to the size chart should have been 40" around the bust line. The item is in reality 48" around the Bust. According to their website this should have been adequate reason for return or exchange. However they consider this well with the the normal acceptable difference. Their reason for not giving a full refund is that it is "The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china. This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose." Instead they have offered us $5, which has now gone up to $8 as compensation. 1/3 the cost we paid of $24.12. On top of all of this the communication has been spotty, contain standardized "canned" responses to complains and most of it has been very broken English.
