Only after the reviews were posted on July 24,2020, did I receive the refund on July 28,2020. I will not do business with them in the future.
On July 14,2020, Honey promised a refund for an unused gift card purchased through Honey only if I removed the dispute. They claimed they couldn't process it while a dispute was in progress. I removed the dispute and advised them on July 17. I received no reply whatsoever to several e-mails sent since then. This company is a fraud and shouldn't be trusted with your personal information.

This is a decent company and I would do business with them again. They erroneously delivered an item in a different size than that which I ordered. They honored their policy by issuing a delivery label so I could return the item without cost. They processed the return in record time and issued a refund without a problem.
