Sketchy company. Their only consistency is POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!
I have spent over $5,000 on Zulily in the last 5 years. I'm not exaggerating, I buy a lot of online items and for the last couple of years in particular most of those items were purchased on Zulily. Now, there are indeed a lot of awesome deals on there. Lots of rip-offs too but you learn as you go and its not too hard to pick up on how to spot which is which. Sometimes you have to do a little Google research, but it's not too tough. Nine of that bothers me, but what does. They have by Friday the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever come across. They don't even try very hard to fake being genuine. IT only takes few responses from them before it becomes obvious they are all formed responses and that your individual complaint is of no concern to them. They will offer you a $10 credit if you bug them enough but it's always $10 no matter how big the mistake on their part, or the hassle it caused you, or the amount said product cost. $10 is a joke especially when it is accompanied with judgement and overall oblivion to the true level of unsatisfaction the customer is feeling.
These practices are a reflection of the company as a whole and are definitely painting a picture of untrustworthiness and greed.
