I ordered an item a month ago and it is still processing. The other item I order isn't even showing up that I ordered it but they took the money from my account. I have contacted the company and haven't gotten a response. I wish I would have read the reviews before I let them take my money! I am not sure I will ever get my items.

My order number is HHR**************, but again I don't even have an order number for the item that I paid 31.01 for.
