I ordered a cell phone more than two weeks ago, after 5 days they send me an order number and a tracking number. I tried to track it but it did not work, also I was trying to submit a ticket to know the status of my order but this also did not work because the ordered number they sent to me was a wrong order number (E**************). Is this the way to do business? I am not recommending this website to anyone. Could you let me know the exact time when I will get my ordered item, the correct order number and tracking number? I am really unsatisfied with all these. How can I get my money back? Do I need to contact PayPal?
